Now let us tell you a little more about the city:

Buenos Aires is a great option for those who are interested in a trip that is both fun and interesting. The land of tango offers you some of the best steaks your tongue will ever be able to taste, delicious red wine (mainly Malbec) to drink along, and a few other attractions.

Among the cultural ones, you can add to the to-do list visiting Casa Rosada (the Pink House, in English) and admire its architecture. You can also visit the Mayo Square, and later the Recoleta Cemetery to admire the beauty of its mausoleums. Many tourist guides recommend taking a look at where Evita Perón and other famous people rest in peace, because the monuments are just beautiful.

Besides, the Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires (Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires) is huge, and worth the visit because it has a very good collection of modern art, perhaps the most remarkable in South America. Buenos Aires also has one of the best opera houses in the world, the Colón Theatre.

Buenos Aires' main attraction, however, would be its society and culture. It is sometimes called "the most European city in America" or the "Latin American Paris" because its streets resemble an old European town. Ask for Boca neighbourhood, for example, and you will see what we mean with your own eyes. Its people are friendly and straightforward. They all stop working early because "you work for living, not live for working," and after that enjoy yourself at one of the bars that are scattered all over the city.

Buenos Aires people take partying seriously. Discos will be kind of empty before midnight and not close until the sun comes up. So fun is guaranteed. While you are there, have yourself a drink of "mate," talk with your new friends there and then move on to something else.
